Cookie Policy
What Are Cookies?
A cookie is a small text file placed on your device (computer, tablet, smartphone) when you visit a website. It lets the site recognise your device on later visits.
Related technologies — your browser's local storage and session storage — serve the same purpose without technically being cookies. We declare them here all the same, because the same rules apply to them.
Cookies Placed on This Site
None of these cookies is placed before you consent.
— wo_vid — in-house audience measurement, random visitor identifier — 13 months — first party
— _ga — Google Analytics, distinguishes visitors — up to 2 years — Google
— _ga_KLVLL3R95Q — Google Analytics, current session state — up to 2 years — Google
If you decline, or later withdraw your consent, these cookies are not placed and the visitor identifier is deleted.
Local and Session Storage
These items are held by your browser and never sent to our servers, with the exception of the session identifier used for audience measurement.
— weboustaou.consent.darius-pizza — remembers your consent choice — until cleared — necessary
— weboustaou-theme — your light or dark theme preference — until cleared — necessary
— weboustaou.prefs — your preferred menu display, list or grid — until cleared — necessary
— wo_sid — session identifier for audience measurement — erased when the tab closes — consent-based
Trackers Exempt from Consent
Remembering your consent, your theme preference and your menu display choice are strictly necessary for the site to work, or result from an action you took yourself. Under the ePrivacy Directive and CNIL guidance, they do not require your prior consent.
Remembering your refusal is, after all, what spares you the banner on every page.
Third-Party Cookies and Audience Measurement
The site loads Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 — and nothing else — only after your explicit consent.
Until you accept, no Google script is loaded and Google Consent Mode is declared as denied for both analytics and advertising storage. We use no advertising cookies, no social network pixels and no retargeting tools.
Links to our social networks are plain outbound links: no third-party content is embedded in our pages.
The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that you are not a bot without tracking you or setting an advertising cookie.
Managing Your Preferences
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through the “Cookie preferences” link at the bottom of every page. Withdrawal takes effect immediately: audience measurement stops and the visitor identifier is deleted.
Google cookies already placed remain in your browser until they expire, but are no longer used to measure you. You can delete them yourself through your browser settings, under “Cookies” or “Site data”.
Deleting this data has no effect on your access to the site.
Changes
This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the site or to applicable regulations. We encourage you to review it periodically.
